Free Dog Training Programs

We believe that every dog is capable of learning good behavior when their human handler/owner is equipped with the knowledge of positive-based dog training. Our mission is to promote good canine citizenship in our neighborhoods and reduce the number of surrendered pets based on behavior challenges by providing dog training information to anyone who desires to learn, regardless of ability to pay.

This effort will take many great minds and hands to reach its full potential and we welcome all like-minded individuals who would like to join us!

K9 Kate Inc. provides community outreach projects including good canine citizen obedience classes free of charge throughout the year. As funding allows, scholarships are available for those who need private training sessions to help with behavior challenges and cannot afford it.

Founded in 2022 by Kate Gooch, K9 Kate Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation (pending final IRS approval).

Together we can make the world a better place with love, trust and respect through training dogs and their humans.

Want a class in your neighborhood?

Contact K9 Kate Inc. to request a series of dog obedience class be set up in your area or neighborhood. While all requests may not be able to be fulfilled due to funding, each submission is carefully considered.
